标准化综合康复护理模式在抗生素相关性腹泻新生儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察标准化综合康复护理模式在抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)新生儿中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2022年6月—2023年6月黔西南州人民医院收治的100例AAD新生儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组采用新生儿科常规护理模式,试验组采用标准化综合康复护理模式。比较两组康复情况,腹泻严重程度,小肠黏膜健康状态,电解质平衡及不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,两组Vesikari临床严重程度评分、血清小肠黏膜蛋白1(SMP-1)水平均低于护理前,且试验组Vesikari临床严重程度评分、血清SMP-1水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组腹泻缓解时间及血液钠、钾平衡时间均短于对照组,日均排便频率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准化综合康复护理模式能够有效加速AAD新生儿的康复过程,减轻腹泻程度,促进小肠黏膜的快速恢复,更快地纠正电解质失衡,且安全性较好。Objective To observe the application effect of standardized comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode in neonates with antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD).Methods A total of 100 neonates with AAD admitted to Qian Xi Nan People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were prospectively selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given the routine nursing mode of neonatology department,and the experimental group was given the standardized comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode.The recovery status,the severity of diarrhea,the health status of intestinal mucosa,electrolyte balance and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Vesikari clinical severity score and serum small myristoylated protein 1(SMP-1)level of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the Vesikari clinical severity score and serum SMP-1 level of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the diarrhea remission time,blood sodium and potassium balance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the average daily defecation frequency was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Standardized comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively accelerate the rehabilitation process of AAD newborns,reduce the degree of diarrhea,promote the rapid recovery of small intestinal mucosa,and correct electrolyte imbalance faster,with good safety.
