某三甲医院二类精神药品使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析三甲医院二类精神药品的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考信息。方法统计兴义市人民医院门诊2023年4个季度二类精神药品的名称、规格、数量、总剂量、总金额、限定日剂量(DDD)等,并计算出二类精神药品的用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDDc)及药品排序比(B/A)。结果共有47259例患者使用二类精神药品,男女比例为1:1.25;共有14种药品,艾司唑仑片数量最多,艾司唑仑片总剂量最多,咪达唑仑注射液(10 mg)销售总金额最高,阿普唑仑片DDDs值最高,苯巴比妥片DDDc值最低,6种药品B/A值远超过1。结论本院2023年二类精神药品使用情况总体合理,但个别药品出现不合理用药现象,需加强监管。Objective To analyze the use of second-class psychotropic drugs in tertiary hospitals,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The name,specification,quantity,total dose,total amount,and defined daily dose(DDD)of psychotropic drugs in the outpatient department of Xing Yi People's Hospital in 4 quarters of 2023 were counted,and the defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily dose consumption(DDDc)and the drug sequence ratio(B/A)value of psychotropic drugs were calculated.Results A total of 47259 patients used second-class psychotropic drugs,with a male to female ratio of 1∶1.25,there were 14 kinds of drugs,the number of Estazolam Tablets was the largest,the total dose of Estazolam Tablets was the largest,the total sales amount of Midazolam Injection(10 mg)was the highest,the DDDs value of Alprazolam Tablets was the highest,the DDDc value of Phenobarbital Tablets was the lowest,and the B/A value of 6 drugs was far more than 1.Conclusions The use of second-class psychotropic drugs in this hospital in 2023 is generally reasonable,but individual drugs have irrational drug use,and supervision needs to be strengthened.
