手术室患者低体温的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析手术室患者低体温的影响因素。方法选取2023年5月—2024年5月新泰市人民医院90例接受手术治疗的患者,将发生低体温的患者纳入低体温组(15例),未发生低体温的患者纳入正常组(75例)。对患者的一般资料进行分析,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析手术室患者低体温的相关因素。结果经单因素分析发现,年龄、失血量、心理状态、手术时间、是否采用预见性护理是手术室患者低体温的影响因素(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析发现,高龄、高失血量、较长手术时间、不良心理状态为手术室患者低体温的危险因素(P<0.05),采用预见性护理是手术室患者低体温的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论高龄、高失血量、较长手术时间、不良心理状态是手术室患者低体温的危险因素,而良好的护理模式为低体温的保护因素,可根据影响因素制订合理的护理方案,预防手术室患者低体温的发生。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hypothermia in operating room patients.Methods From May 2023 to May 2024,a total of 90 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the People's Hospital of Xintai City were selected,the patients with hypothermia were included in the hypothermia group(15 cases),and the patients without hypothermia were included in the normal group(75 cases).The general data of the patients were analyzed,and the related factors of hypothermia in the operating room were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,blood loss,mental status,operation time and predictive nursing were the influencing factors of hypothermia in operating room patients(P<0.05);multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age,high blood loss,long operation time,and poor mental status were risk factors for hypothermia in operating room patients(P<0.05),predictive nursing was a protective factor for hypothermia in operating room patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Advanced age,high blood loss,long operation time and poor mental status are risk factors for hypothermia,while good nursing mode is a protective factor for hypothermia,reasonable nursing plan can be formulated according to the influencing factors to prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in operating room patients.
