摘  要:通过模拟电炉冶炼氢基直接还原铁和废钢,考察了熔炼温度、熔炼时间、直接还原铁(direct reduced iron,DRI)配比和炉渣碱度对熔炼效果的影响.结果表明:当熔炼温度从1550℃升至1700℃时,铁收得率η(Fe)呈上升趋势,钢中w(TFe)先升高后降低,w[P]逐渐升高,而w[S]逐渐降低;当熔炼时间由3 min增至30 min时,η(Fe)略微下降,w(TFe)无明显变化,w[P]先升高后趋缓,w[S]逐渐降低;当DRI配比从10%增至40%时,η(Fe)和w(TFe)均呈缓慢上升趋势,w[P]逐渐降低,w[S]逐渐升高;当炉渣碱度从1.75增至2.75时,η(Fe)缓慢降低,w(TFe)先略微升高后降低,w[P]和w[S]均呈降低趋势;综合考虑可得最适宜条件为熔炼温度1600~1650℃、熔炼时间5~15 min、DRI配比30%、炉渣碱度2.5,此时可获得优质的钢水,其铁收得率η(Fe)超过94%,w(TFe)不低于99.8%,w[P]和w[S]均不超过0.018%.本研究结果可为电炉冶炼氢基直接还原铁提供参考与借鉴.By simulating the smelting of hydrogen-based direct reduced iron with an electric furnace,the effects of smelting temperature,smelting time,the proportion of hydrogen-based direct reduced iron(direct reduced iron,DRI)addition,and the basicity of the slag system on the smelting effect were investigated.The research shows that when the smelting temperature rises from 1550℃to 1700℃,the iron yieldη(Fe)shows an upward trend,the iron mass fraction w(TFe)in the steel first increases and then decreases,the phosphorus mass fraction w[P]in the steel gradually increases,while the sulfur mass fraction w[S]in the steel gradually decreases.When the smelting time increases from 3 min to 30 min,η(Fe)slightly decreases,w(TFe)shows no significant change,w[P]first rises and then gradually slows down,and w[S]decreases gradually.When the proportion of DRI addition increases from 10%to 40%,bothη(Fe)and w(TFe)show a slow upward trend,while w[P]gradually decreases and w[S]gradually increases.When the basicity increases from 1.75 to 2.75,η(Fe)decreases slowly,w(TFe)first slightly rises and then drops,and both w[P]and w[S]show a decreasing trend.Considering all factors comprehensively,the most suitable conditions are the smelting temperature of 1600~1650℃,smelting time of 5~15 min,DRI addition ratio of 30%,and slag basicity of 2.5.Under these conditions,high-quality molten steel can be obtained,withη(Fe)higher than 94%,w(TFe)no less than 99.8%,and both w[P]and w[S]no higher than 0.018%.The results of this study can provide reference and guidance for the electric furnace smelting of hydrogen-based direct reduced iron.
