摘  要:连铸过程中产生的宏观偏析对石油管的抗腐蚀性能有着重要影响.为了研究石油套管连铸坯在整个连铸过程中的宏观偏析行为,建立了耦合湍流流动、溶质传输和传热的三维数学模型,并研究了拉坯速度及过热度对溶质分布的影响.结果表明:初始凝固坯壳的溶质元素在结晶器内会出现皮下负偏析,而伴随着凝固的进行,溶质元素受液-固界面溶质再分配的影响向中心富集,最终产生中心偏析;将拉坯速度控制在1.6 m/min,过热度保持在15℃以内,可以最大程度地减少铸坯中心处的C偏析.The macrosegregation produced during continuous casting process has an important effect on the corrosion resistance of petroleum pipes.To investigate the macrosegregation behavior of petroleum casing steel during the whole continuous casting process,a three-dimensional numerical model coupled with turbulent flow,solute transport,and heat transfer was established,and the effects of billet drawing speed and superheat on solute distribution were studied.The results show that the solute elements in the initial solidified shell will have subcutaneous negative segregation in the crystallizer.As solidification progresses,solute elements concentrate towards the center due to redistribution at the liquid-solid interface,resulting in central segregation.Controlling casting speed at 1.6 m/min and maintaining superheat within the 15℃range proves advantageous in minimizing central C segregation.
