摘 要:采用高温固相法制备出Sr_(1.94)Eu_(0.04)La_(0.02)SiO_(4)荧光粉,分析了助熔剂类型、助熔剂添加量、烧结温度、烧结时间对荧光粉物质结构、发光性质和表面形貌的影响,并使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计表征了荧光粉的物质结构、表面形貌及发光性能.结果表明:不同条件下制备的荧光粉的XRD图均与Sr_(2)SiO_(4)标准卡片PDF No.39-1256对应,没有产生杂质相;在选取的4种助熔剂中,最佳助熔剂为BaF_(2),其最佳添加量(质量分数)为3%;使用助熔剂制备的荧光粉分散性更好,发光性能也更优异;荧光粉的发光强度随着烧结温度和烧结时间的增加先升高后降低,当烧结温度为1300℃、烧结时间为5 h时,荧光粉的发光强度最大.The phosphors of Sr_(1.94)Eu_(0.04)La_(0.02)SiO_(4) was prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The effects of flux types,flux addition amount,sintering temperature,and sintering time on the structure,luminescence properties,and surface morphology of phosphors were studied.The structure,surface morphology,and luminescence properties of phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results show that the XRD patterns of phosphors prepared under different conditions are consistent with Sr_(2)SiO_(4) standard card PDF No.39-1256,with no impurity phase formed.Among four types of fluxes,the best flux is BaF_(2),and its optimal addition is 3%(mass fraction).The phosphors prepared by used flux of BaF_(2) has better dispersion and more excellent luminescence performance.With the increase of sintering temperature and sintering time,the luminescence intensity of phosphors increases first and then decreases.When the sintering temperature is 1300℃and the sintering time is 5 h,the luminescence intensity of phosphors is the highest.
