摘 要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、万能拉伸实验机、显微硬度计及摩擦磨损实验机,研究了稀土La变质及热处理对ZL101合金微观组织、力学性能和耐磨性能的影响.结果表明:稀土La变质可以实现ZL101合金中的α-Al相及共晶Si相的细化,使合金组织形态得到有效改善;对ZL101-0.6%La合金进行T6热处理后,合金组织内的α-Al相及共晶Si相得到进一步细化,α-Al相向等轴晶转变,Si相向细小圆球颗粒状转变;T6态ZL101-0.6%La合金的抗拉强度、伸长率及维氏硬度分别为232.85 MPa,8.1%及115.7,与ZL101合金基体相比,分别提高了54%,88.37%及48.52%;ZL101合金基体的磨损形式主要包括严重的粘着磨损及磨粒磨损,而T6态ZL101-0.6%La合金的磨损形式主要是轻微的磨粒磨损,稀土La变质及热处理显著提高了合金的耐磨性能,与ZL101合金基体相比,磨损率降低了62.88%.The effects of rare earth element La and heat treatment on the microstructure,mechanics and wear resistance of ZL101 alloy have been investigated by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum analyzer(EDS),universal tensile testing machine,microhardness tester and friction and wear testing machine.The results show that rare earth La modification can refineα-Al phase and eutectic Si phase,and improve the microstructure of ZL101 alloy effectively.After T6 heat treatment of ZL101-0.6%La alloy,theα-Al phase and eutectic Si phase morphology are further refined,theα-Al transforms into equiaxed crystals,and the Si transforms into fine spherical particles.The tensile strength,elongation,and Vickers hardness of T6 treated ZL101-0.6%La alloys are 232.85 MPa,8.1%,and 115.7 respectively,which are 54%,88.37%,and 48.52%higher than those of ZL101 alloy matrix.The wear modes of ZL101 alloy matrix mainly include severe adhesive wear and abrasive wear,while the wear form of T6 treated ZL101-0.6%La alloy is mainly slightly abrasive wear.Rare earth La and heat treatment significantly improve the wear resistance of ZL101 alloy,and the wear rate is reduced by 62.88%,compared with that of the ZL101 alloy matrix.
