摘 要:针对废弃钢渣的回收处理工艺开展了研究,并进行了可行性分析与中试实验.结果表明:当采用全新的钢渣重熔低碳自循环回收处理工艺后,实验钢锭的杂质元素含量降低,并且成分均优于入炉铁水样,在实际生产中,也可以满足钢水罐扒渣后直接吊装兑入转炉且不打扰生产顺行的要求;在被扒除的钢渣中,Fe质量分数低至0.7%~1.5%,几乎被完全提取回收,且不需要引入新的设备与装置.该回收过程绿色低碳环保,工艺简单流程短,破解了废弃钢渣难以回收处理的“卡脖子”难题,经济效益与社会效益均得到显著提高,为后续的工业化生产及产业化应用提供了技术参考.The research on the recycling process of waste steel slag has been studied,and the feasibility analysis and pilot experiment have been carried out.The results show that after applying the new low-carbon self-recycling treatment process of steel slag remelting,the content of impurity elements in the experimental steel ingot is reduced,and the composition is better than that of molten iron sample entering the furnace.In actual production,it can also meet the requirements of directly hoisting and mixing into the converter after slag remelting from molten steel tank in actual production without disturbing the smooth production.The Fe content in the stripped steel slag is as low as 0.7%~1.5%,which is almost completely extracted and recovered without the need to introduce new equipment and devices.The recycling process is green,low-carbon,and environmentally friendly,with a simple process and short flow.It has solved the"stuck neck"problem that waste steel slag is difficult to recycle and process,significantly improves both economic and social benefits,and provides effective technical reference for subsequent industrial production and industrial application.
