开放式创新社区中价值共毁的形成与消解机制探讨

摘　　要：开放式创新社区中,价值共毁较价值共创更为普遍,但对此“非乐观”结果的主体性和系统性研究尚少。文章从技术建构性视角,采用强过程的研究方式,结合系统理论,构建了价值共毁的综合分析框架,从技术可供性的互动、内容、实现三层追溯。结合创新形成过程的三个阶段阐述价值共毁的关键影响因素,进而提出基于关键主体的价值共毁消解策略,帮助企业决策者规避或减轻数字技术应用与商业模式转变带来的不良后果。In open innovation communities,value co-destruction is more common than value co-creation,but there is little research on the subjectivity and systemicity of this“non-optimistic”result.From the perspective of technological constructivism,this paper adopts a strong process research method and combines system theory to construct a comprehensive analysis framework of value co-destruction,tracing back from the interaction,content,and realization of technological affordances.Combining the three stages of the innovation formation process,this paper explains the key influencing factors of value co-destruction,and then proposes a value co-destruction elimination strategy based on key subjects to help corporate decision makers avoid or mitigate the adverse consequences of digital technology applications and business model transformation.
