网格化管理视角下社区居家养老服务优化研究——以中部L县为例

摘　　要：随着我国老年人口规模的不断扩大,养老等社会问题日益凸显,社区居家养老也成为老龄化社会面临的重要挑战之一。在网格化管理视角下,当前社区居家养老在实际操作层面还存在着一些问题,导致部分老年人对社区居家养老服务满意度不高。因此应采取多种措施,对社区居家养老服务网格化管理过程进行优化,进一步提高社区治理效能,为老年人提供更加个性化的养老服务,不断满足老年人的美好生活需要。As the population size of the elderly in China continues to expand,social problems such as old-age care are becoming more and more prominent,and community-based home care has also become one of the important challenges facing the aging society.Under the perspective of grid-based management,there are still some problems at the practical level of the current community-based home care,leading to low satisfaction of some older people with the community-based home care services.Therefore,various of measures should be taken to optimize the process of grid-based management of community home-based elderly care services,to further improve the effectiveness of community governance,to provide more personalized elderly care services for the elderly,and to continuously meet the needs of the elderly for a better life.
