乡村振兴背景下城郊乡村高质量发展策略研究——以乌鲁木齐市东部三村为例

摘　　要：基于乡村振兴国家战略的宏观背景,文章以乌鲁木齐市东部三村为研究对象,深入探讨城郊乡村实现高质量发展的有效路径与策略。通过剖析东部三村发展现状,结合乡村振兴战略的核心理念和目标要求,构建一套符合乌鲁木齐市城郊乡村特点的高质量发展策略体系。研究认为,产业升级、人才培育、文化创生、生态转化、组织适应将有效推动东部三村经济、社会、文化与生态的协调发展,实现城郊乡村在乡村振兴战略下的可持续发展。该研究不仅为乌鲁木齐市及其类似城郊乡村提供实践指导,也为我国乡村振兴战略的实施提供理论支持和可行性参考。Based on the macro context of the national rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes the Eastern Three Villages of Urumqi as the research subject to explore effective paths and strategies for achieving high-quality development in suburban villages.By analyzing the current development status of the Eastern Three Villages and aligning with the core principles and objectives of the rural revitalization strategy,a high-quality development strategy system tailored to the characteristics of Urumqi’s suburban villages is constructed.The study suggests that industrial upgrading,talent cultivation,cultural revitalization,ecological transformation,and organizational adaptation will effectively promote the coordinated development of the economy,society,culture,and ecology in the Eastern Three Villages,facilitating sustainable development for suburban villages under the rural revitalization strategy.This research not only provides practical guidance for Urumqi and similar suburban villages but also offers theoretical support and practical references for implementing the rural revitalization strategy in China.
