摘　　要：学生干部是大学生群体中的卓越代表,有着显著的示范作用,在就业方面的影响力不容轻视。在当前严峻的就业形势下,高校必须充分发挥学生干部的引领作用,带动学生积极就业,从而提高学生的就业水平。为了更有效地彰显学生干部的引领价值,学生干部需以身作则,调整心态,妥善平衡学业与工作之间的关系,提升综合素养,增强就业竞争力,树立良好表率,合理定位,充分发挥模范带头作用,引领同学们共同就业。Student leaders are outstanding representatives of college students.They play a significant exemplary role among college students,so their influence in employment can never be underestimated.In the current severe employment situation,universities must give full play to the leading role of this group to drive their peer students to actively seek jobs,and thus improve their employment level.In order to more effectively demonstrate their leading value,student leaders need to lead by example,adjust their mentality,and properly balance the relationship between their studies and work,enhance comprehensive ability,strengthen employment competitiveness,and set a good example,reasonable positioning,give full play to the exemplary role of leading students to work together.
