摘 要:以传统蜀绣纺织工艺的数字化转型需求为导向,通过深入研究用户需求,运用现代设计理念,构建蜀绣纺织机的设计思路与方法,完成集产品外观设计、操控界面设计、机构智能化设计、界面交互设计于一体的数智化蜀绣纺织机。该纺织机不仅可以实现智能化操控,还能对整体性能进行优化,从而显著提升生产效率和产品质量,为其他传统纺织业的提档升级提供有益的借鉴和参考。Guided by the digital transformation needs of traditional Shu embroidery textile process,through in-depth research on user needs and the use of modern design concepts,the design ideas and methods of Shu embroidery textile machine were constructed,and the digital intelligent Shu embroidery textile machine was completed integrating product appearance design,control interface design,intelligent mechanism design and interface interaction design.The new textile machine not only achieves intelligent control but also optimizes overall performance,significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.It provides a valuable reference for the upgrading and modernization of other traditional textile industries.
