摘　　要：该研究以发病猪组织为研究对象,无菌采集病死猪的肝脏及肠道内容物进行细菌的分离纯化培养,从肝脏组织中分离出1株细菌,通过生化试验、16S rRNA PCR扩增测序试验、药物敏感性试验、病原菌致病性试验等方法对分离病原菌进行鉴定与分析。通过系统进化树分析表明,该菌株与HQ169118.1同源性最高(99.93%),鉴定结果表明,该菌株为猪源P.mirabilis;致病性试验结果显示,分离菌株具有较强的致病力;免疫保护试验表明,分离菌株具有较好的免疫原性;药物敏感性试验表明,该分离菌株对多种药物具有一定的耐药性。该研究结果丰富了猪源奇异变形杆菌的流行病学资料,为该病的防治提供了参考。In this study,diseased pig tissue was taken as the research object,liver and intestinal contents of dead pigs were collected aseptically for bacteria isolation and purification culture,a strain of bacteria was isolated from liver tissue,and the isolated pathogens were identified and analyzed by biochemical test,16S rRNA PCR amplification and sequencing test,drug sensitivity test,pathogenicity test and other methods.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the homology with HQ169118.1 was the highest(99.93%).The identification results showed that this strain was P.mirabilis of porcine origin.The results of pathogenicity test showed that the isolated strain had strong pathogenicity.The immunoprotection test showed that the isolated strain had good immunogenicity.Drug sensitivity tests showed that the strain was sensitive to many drugs.The results enrich the epidemiological data of porcine Proteus mirabilis and provide reference for the prevention and control of the disease.
