摘　　要：为了解阿克阿克苏地区边境地带硬蜱携带SFGR情况,共采集硬蜱192只,经形态学及分子生物学鉴定,分析不同种类硬蜱携带SFGR情况。在硬蜱核酸中检测到SFGR的阳性率为38.54%,共检出3种SFGR,分别是在图兰扇头蜱中检测到的暂定巴布瑞立克次体、马赛立克次体以及在亚洲璃眼蜱中检测到的西伯利亚立克次体,在小亚璃眼蜱中未检测到SFGR。说明阿克苏地区边境地带硬蜱普遍携带SFGR,应该加强对蜱及蜱传疾病的防治工作。To understand the situation of ticks carrying spotted fever group Rickettsia in the border area of Aksu,a total of 192 ticks were collected.After morphological and molecular biological identification,the carriage of spotted fever group Rickettsia in different tick species was analyzed.The positive rate of spotted fever group Rickettsia detected in tick nucleic acids was 38.54%,with three types of spotted fever group Rickettsia detected:provisionally named Barbarin Rickettsia and Marseille Rickettsia found in Hyalomma asiaticum,and Siberian Rickettsia detected in Dermacentor marginatus.No spotted fever group Rickettsia was detected in Haemaphysalis parva,indicating that ticks in the border area of Aksu generally carry spotted fever group Rickettsia.Therefore,efforts to prevent and control ticks and tick-borne diseases should be strengthened.
