摘 要:为研究实验动物成年大鼠病理解剖塑化标本的制作技术,利用生物塑化技术,对实验用成年大鼠进行病理解剖后制作塑化标本,成功制作出能够清晰展现大鼠病变部位解剖学特征及病理变化的塑化标本。实验动物成年大鼠病理解剖整体塑化标本,为病理学教学、疾病机制研究及药物研发等领域的科研工作提供了直观、详细的形态学依据,该研究为进一步完善实验动物病理解剖塑化标本的制作技术积累了宝贵经验,并有望推动相关学科领域的进步与发展。To study the technique of producing plasticized specimens for pathological dissection of adult rats for experimental animals.Plasticized specimens were produced after pathological dissection of adult rats for experimental purposes using bioplasticization technology.Plasticized specimens were successfully produced,which could clearly show the anatomical features and pathological changes of the diseased parts of the rats.The whole plasticized specimens of adult rats for pathological dissection of experimental animals provide intuitive and detailed morphological bases for the teaching of pathology,the study of disease mechanism and the research of drug development,etc.The present study accumulates valuable experience in the production of plasticized specimens of pathological dissections of experimental animals,and it is expected to promote the advancement and development of the related disciplines.
