摘　　要：该文以2例经X线检查确诊为寰枢关节脱位和中药治疗为基础,介绍在临床工作中对寰枢关节脱位的诊断与治疗体会,探讨并分享在临床实践中对于寰枢关节脱位的诊断思路与治疗经验,并分享使用的具有活血化瘀、舒筋通络、消肿止痛等功效的中药方剂,不仅能帮助缓解因寰枢关节脱位导致的局部疼痛与炎症反应,还能促进受损组织的修复与再生,从而在一定程度上恢复颈椎的稳定性和功能。Based on two cases of atlantoaxial joint dislocation diagnosed by X-ray examination and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,this article introduces the author's experience of diagnosis and treatment of atlantoaxial joint dislocation in clinical work,discusses and shares the author's diagnostic ideas and treatment experience of atlantoaxial joint dislocation in clinical practice,and shares the use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions that have the efficacy of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relaxing tendons and collaterals,relieving swelling and relieving pain,etc.,which not only help to alleviate local pain and inflammation caused by atlantoaxial joint dislocation,but also help to reduce pain and inflammation in the atlantoaxial joint.It can not only help relieve the local pain and inflammation caused by atlantoaxial joint dislocation,but also promote the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues,thus restoring the stability and function of the cervical vertebrae to a certain extent.
