摘　　要：对1例因被抛扔导致右前肢桡尺骨远端骨折的患犬,采用内固定的手术进行治疗,从各个方面介绍这个病例的具体情况(从术前、术中到术后)。结果表明,该犬采用常州道格Mini骨板,对桡骨远端骨折进行固定,效果良好,术后第1天该犬就能正常站立、第4天可正常行走,1周后基本恢复正常。通过这个病例的研究,证明采用内固定的手术疗法可使骨折更好地愈合、治疗也能达到预期效果。A case of a dog with distal radioulnar fracture of the right forelimb caused by throwing was treated with internal fixation surgery.The specific situation of this case was introduced from various aspects(from preoperative,intraoperative to postoperative).The results showed that the dog was able to stand normally on the 1st day after surgery,walk normally on the 4th day,and recover normally after 1 week.Through the study of this case,it is proved that the surgical treatment using internal fixation can make the fracture heal better and the treatment can achieve the expected effect.
