摘　　要：随着温室效应的加剧,环境温度不断升高,热应激现象在奶牛养殖过程中愈发频繁,热应激会使奶牛的采食量减少,并对其泌乳功能和免疫性能产生负面影响,考虑到需要改进饲养管理,生产中经常采用植物提取物作为饲料添加剂,以减轻奶牛的热应激。该文概述了热应激对奶牛造成的危害,并总结了多种植物提取物在减轻奶牛热应激方面的研究发现,旨在为减少奶牛热应激的影响提供参考。With the intensification of the greenhouse effect,the ambient temperature has been rising,and thermal stress has become more frequent in dairy cattle breeding.Thermal stress can result in a decrease in dairy cattle's feed intake,impairment of lactation function and immune function.From the perspective of management,plant extracts are often used as feed additives to alleviate thermal stress in dairy cattle production.This paper reviews the harm of thermal stress to dairy cattle,summarizes the research progress of various plant extracts in alleviating thermal stress in dairy cattle,with the aim of providing reference for reducing the harm of thermal stress to dairy cattle.
