摘  要:目前,我国畜禽产品安全质量问题频发,对这些问题的准确检测和评价是确保产品安全的重要环节。该文统筹分析了现行使用的各种畜禽产品安全检测方法,包括化学分析法、生物学检测法、分子生物学方法和近红外光谱技术等。通过详细比较,了解各检测方法的优缺点和适用场景。结果显示,化学分析法准确性高、重复性强,但费时费力;生物学检测法直观快速,但准确性差,存在假阳性误报的可能;分子生物学方法准确度高,能精确检测到低浓度污染物,缺点是设备复杂,操作难度大;近红外光谱技术非破坏性,能更好地保护样本,但需要专门建立检测模型和专业的分析师进行数据处理。Currently,there are frequent safety and quality issues with livestock and poultry products in China.Accurate detection and evaluation of these issues are important steps in ensuring product safety.This article comprehensively analyzes various safety testing methods currently used for livestock and poultry products,including chemical analysis,biological testing,molecular biology methods,and near-infrared spectroscopy technology.By comparing in detail,understand the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable scenarios of each detection method.The results show that the chemical analysis method has high accuracy and strong repeatability,but it is time-consuming and laborious;Biological detection methods are intuitive and fast,but their accuracy is poor and there is a possibility of false positives and false alarms;Molecular biology methods have high accuracy and can accurately detect low concentration pollutants,but the disadvantage is that the equipment is complex and the operation is difficult;Near infrared spectroscopy technology is non-destructive and can better protect samples,but it requires the establishment of specialized detection models and professional analysts for data processing.
