摘 要:西北口水库大坝存在渗漏严重等问题,计划采取智能灌浆系统对大坝进行加固和防渗。文章基于工程实例,对试验目的和内容、试验区主要工程量与工期计划、智能灌浆系统技术配置、试验方案、试验结论、相对传统灌浆的优势、系统特点及适用范围等进行较为详细的分析。实践证明,利用智能灌浆系统对大坝进行防渗处理,有效地提升了灌浆工程质量、效率,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。The Xibeikou Reservoir Dam faces serious leakage issues,and plans are underway to reinforce and prevent seepage using an intelligent grouting system.Based on an engineering case study,a detailed analysis was conducted on the objectives and scope of the experiment,the main engineering tasks and construction schedule of the test area,the technical configuration of the intelligent grouting system,the experimental plan,conclusions,advantages compared to traditional grouting,system features,and its applicable scope.Practice has demonstrated that using an intelligent grouting system for seepage control in dams significantly improves the quality and efficiency of grouting projects,providing valuable experience for similar construction projects.
