摘 要:文章基于声波透射法检测灌注桩桩身质量的基本理论,系统分析了仪器延时、声测管材质与埋设等因素对声波透射法测试声波的影响,提出了换能器选择原则,进行了仪器延时率定、声测管声时修正计算,介绍了试验过程;通过对声波透射法仪器延时、声测管修正值等多项影响因素的分析,可以根据纵波波速与混凝土强度的关系、实测混凝土波速及其沿桩身的纵向变化,判断桩体混凝土强度,确定桩身质量;对于一套正常的声测系统,修正值的精度会对测量结果产生较大的影响。研究结果可以为声波透射法测桩技术人员提供技术和经验支持。Based on the basic theory of using the acoustic transmission method to detect the quality of cast-in-place pile shafts,this paper systematically analyzes factors affecting acoustic testing,including instrument delay,acoustic tube material,and embedding methods.It proposes principles for selecting transducers,performs instrument delay calibration,calculates acoustic time correction for testing tubes,and introduces the testing process.By analyzing multiple influencing factors such as instrument delay and testing tube correction values,the paper demonstrates that the relationship between longitudinal wave velocity and concrete strength,along with the measured concrete wave velocity and its longitudinal variation along the pile shaft,can be used to evaluate the concrete strength and determine the quality of the pile shaft.For a standard acoustic testing system,the precision of correction values has a significam impact on the measuremem results.The research results provide technical and practical support for professionals using the acoustic transmission method in pile testing.
