摘 要:文章以水利智能模型的通用化业务应用为切入点,充分利用已有的遥感影像智能识别模型和视频监控智能识别模型的研究成果,进行了水利智能模型平台的设计和研发。该平台旨在实现智能模型的快速部署与高效运行,提升水利业务的智能化水平。目前,该平台已成功应用于数字孪生小清河项目,通过实时监测与数据分析,为小清河智慧化监控提供了强有力的技术支撑,有效提升了小清河的管理效率和安全性能。这一应用案例不仅证明了水利智能模型平台的实用性,也可为智慧水利的发展提供助力。This study focuses on the generalized business application of intelligent water conservancy models,leveraging existing research achievements in remote sensing image intelligent recognition models and video monitoring intelligent recognition models to design and develop an intelligent water conservancy model platform.The platform aims to enable rapid deployment and efficient operation of intelligent models,enhancing the level of intelligence in water conservancy operations.Currently,the platform has been successfully applied to the Digital Twin Xiaoqing River Project,providing robust technical support for real-time monitoring and data analysis.This has significantly improved the management efficiency and safety performance of the Xiaoqing River.This application case not only demonstrates the practicality of the intelligent water conservancy model platform but also offers valuable support for the development of intelligent water conservancy.
