摘　　要：髋关节囊周神经阻滞是近年来新兴的一种区域镇痛技术,主要用于髋部手术的围术期镇痛。随着对该技术的深入研究,其独特的优势逐渐被揭示,临床应用范围也随之扩大。该文对髋关节囊周神经阻滞临床应用研究进展作一综述。Hip joint pericapsular nerve group(PENG)block is a newly emerging regional analgesia technique in recent years,which is mainly used for perioperative analgesia in hip surgery.With the in-depth study of this technique,its unique advantages are gradually revealed,and the clinical application scope is also expanded.In this paper,the research progress on clinical application of hip joint PENG block is reviewed.
