摘　　要：湿地生态资产价值是制定科学湿地保护政策的重要依据。为核算东洞庭湖区湿地生态资产价值,本研究选取2019-2023年生态资产价值的相关指标,采用市场价值法和条件价值法对东洞庭湖湿地生态资产的使用价值和非使用价值进行核算。结果表明,东洞庭湖湿地生态资产总值呈稳步增加态势;东洞庭湖湿地生态资产总价值由产品供给的直接经济价值、精神文化服务所赋予的无形价值以及生态系统调节服务价值构成;东洞庭湖湿地生态系统具有较高的调节服务价值,其价值主要由水循环价值、碳氧循环调节价值及生物保护功能价值三部分构成。基于此,从统筹实施湿地生态修复、建立湿地生态资产价值核算体系、提升湿地生态文化价值三方面提出提升东洞庭湖湿地生态资产价值的政策性建议。The value of wetland ecological assets is an important basis for formulating scientific wetland protection policies.To calculate the ecological asset value of the East Dongting Lake Wetland,this study selected relevant indicators of ecological asset value from 2019 to 2023,and used market value method and conditional value method to calculate the use value and non use value of the East Dongting Lake Wetland ecological assets.The results indicate that the total value of ecological assets in the East Dongting Lake Wetland is steadily increasing.The total value of the ecological assets of East Dongting Lake Wetland is composed of the direct economic value of product supply,the intangible value endowed by spiritual and cultural services,and the value of ecosystem regulation services.The wetland ecosystem of East Dongting Lake has high regulatory service value,which mainly consists of three parts:water cycle value,carbon oxygen cycle regulation value,and biological protection function value.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed to enhance the ecological asset value of East Dongting Lake Wetland from three aspects:overall implementation of wetland ecological restoration,establishment of wetland ecological asset value accounting system,and improvement of wetland ecological cultural value.
