摘  要:奶牛乳房炎是奶牛乳腺组织的炎症,葡萄球菌是主要致病菌之一。大环内酯类抗生素常用于治疗革兰氏阳性(G^(+))菌感染引起的炎症,药物滥用导致葡萄球菌对该类药物的耐药性严重。归纳了当前葡萄球菌对大环内酯类抗生素耐药现状,并深入分析其耐药机制,包括靶位突变、基因修饰等;对新型大环内酯类抗生素及抗菌增效剂研发方法、要点及当前进展作了重点综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。Mastitis in dairy cows refers to the inflammation of the mammary gland tissue,with Staphylococcus being one of the major pathogenic bacteria.Macrolide antibiotics are frequently employed in the treatment of inflammations caused by Gram-positive(G^(+))bacterial infections.However,the abuse of drugs has resulted in a severe resistance of Staphylococcus to this class of drugs.The current situation of Staphylococcus'resistance to macrolide antibiotics is summarized herein,and an in-depth analysis of the resistance mechanisms,including target site mutations and gene modifications,is conducted.A key review of the research and development methods,key points,and current progress of novel macrolide antibiotics and antibacterial potentiators is presented,with the expectation of providing references for related studies.
