抗焦虑药盐酸氯米帕明在犬猫临床上的应用

摘　　要：盐酸氯米帕明作为三环类抗抑郁药,通过抑制中枢神经系统5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的再摄取,来提升这两种神经递质的水平,从而发挥调节情绪、缓解抑郁、减轻焦虑的作用,具有吸收快、药效持久的特点。1998年,EMA的兽药委员会(CVMP)批准盐酸氯米帕明片用于犬分离焦虑症上市,这是该药首次应用于犬等宠物。目前盐酸氯米帕明尚未进入我国宠物药市场。就盐酸氯米帕明的作用机理及药代动力学特性、在犬猫临床上的应用、兽用剂型在国外的应用及开发前景进行了综述,为促进该药在我国的研发与推广应用提供参考。Clomipramine hydrochloride,as a tricyclic antidepressant,takes effect by inhibiting the reuptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)in the central nervous system,thereby enhancing the level of these two neurotransmitters,which achieves the effect of regulating mood,relieving depression and reducing anxiety.The drug is characterized by fast absorption and lasting efficacy.In 1998,Committee for Veterinary Medicincal Products(CVMP)of EMA approved clomipramine hydrochloride tablets for the treament of canine separation anxiety disorder,marking the first use of this drug in dogs and other pets.So far this drug has not yet entered the pet medicine market in China.This article reviews the mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic characteristics of clomipramine hydrochloride,its clinical application in dogs and cats and the application and development prospects of its veterinary dosage forms abroad,aiming to promote the development and application of this drug in China.
