摘  要:通过人工配置海水溶液,对超高强热镀锌钢丝(USHGSWs)开展干湿循环盐雾实验,以模拟热带海洋浪花飞溅区环境。基于失重法、腐蚀深度评估钢丝腐蚀程度,通过X射线衍射技术、扫描电镜及能谱确定腐蚀产物的晶体结构及元素含量,分析镀锌钢丝在模拟海洋飞溅区的腐蚀机理。结果表明:腐蚀实验初期,镀锌钢丝表面出现点蚀坑,之后点蚀相连并不断扩展,腐蚀产物主要为NaZn_(4)(OH)_(6)SO_(4)Cl·6H_(2)O、ZnO、Zn_(5)(OH)_(6)(CO3)_(2)。钢丝质量损失率与腐蚀天数符合二次函数,平均腐蚀深度与时间满足幂函数关系。与现有实验结果对比发现,加速腐蚀实验造成的钢丝质量损失及腐蚀深度均较大,相同时间下的质量损失率约为本实验的20.7~25.4倍,腐蚀深度约为本实验的36倍。本研究基于实验建立的海洋飞溅区镀锌钢丝腐蚀动力学模型及生成的腐蚀产物均与实际海洋环境相符。A dry-wet cyclic corrosion test with artificial seawater solution was carried out on ultra-high strength hot-dip galvanized steel wires(USHGSWs)to simulate the tropical marine splash zone.The corrosion degree of steel wires was evaluated based on the mass loss and corrosion depth.The crystal structure and element content of corrosion products were determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The corrosion mechanism of galvanized steel wires in a simulated marine splash zone was analyzed.The results show that in the early stage,pitting corrosion was observed on the surface of the galvanized steel wire,and then the pits were connected to each other and expanded with prolonged test time.The main corrosion products were NaZn_(4)(OH)_(6)SO_(4)Cl·6H_(2)O、ZnO、Zn_(5)(OH)_(6)(CO3)_(2).The mass loss ratio of steel wire and corrosion days conform to a quadratic function,and the average corrosion depth meets a power function with time.Compared with available test results,it is found that the accelerated corrosion test results exhibit larger mass loss and deeper corrosion depth of steel wires.The mass loss ratio under the same corrosion time was about 20.7-25.4 times that of this test,and the corrosion depth was about 36 times that of this test.The corrosion kinetics model of galvanized steel wires proposed in this paper and the corrosion products generated based on artificially simulated marine splash zone were consistent with the actual marine environment.
