摘  要:本研究采用模板法制备了一种多孔氧化锰(MnO_(x))脱硫材料,研究了多孔MnO_(x)的SO2脱除性能和反应动力学。结果表明,多孔MnO_(x)以介孔为主,并存在少量大孔孔隙结构,可以提高材料的脱硫性能。随着脱硫温度的升高,多孔MnO_(x)的脱硫性能呈先增大后减小。450℃时,多孔MnO_(x)的脱硫性能最高,脱硫速率高达0.316 gSO_(2)/g_(材料)·h,脱硫容量高达0.707 gSO2/g材料,转化率高达95.91%。A porous manganese oxide(MnO_(x))as desulfurization material was prepared by template method.The desulfurization performance and reaction kinetics of porous MnO_(x)were studied.The results show that the pores in the MnO_(x)is mainly mesoporous with a small amount of macropores,which can improve the desulfurization performance of the material.With the increase of desulfurization temperature,the desulfurization performance of porous MnO_(x)first increases and then decreases.In this study,at 450℃,the desulfurization performance of porous MnO_(x)is the best,and the desulfurization rate is as high as 0.316 gSO_(2)/gmaterial·h.The desulfurization capacity is as high as 0.707 gSO_(2)/g_(material),and the conversion rate is 95.91%.
