摘  要:本研究以微量碳纳米管(CNT)构建导电弹性体,采取少量被修饰后的CNT与硅橡胶(PDMS)复合成弹性温敏传感材料。研究发现,经KH570修饰后的CNT表面范德华力被降低,其与PDMS具有良好的界面作用力。微观表征显示,CNT均匀地分散在PMDS中。在添加3%的修饰后的CNT时,复合材料的电导率达到0.625 mS·m^(-1)。相对于纯PDMS材料,含有少量被修饰后CNT的复合材料的拉伸断裂率没有出现显著下降。在60~100℃,复合材料的温度传感性能呈现高线性度。A strategy of constructing conductive elastic body with trace carbon nanotubes(CNT)was proposed,and a small amount of modified CNT were mixed with silicone rubber(PDMS)to form elastic temperature-sensitive sensing materials.The surface of CNT was modified with KH570,which had good interfaces with PDMS.SEM images showed that CNT were uniformly dispersed in the PMDS.When 3%modified CNT were added,the conductivity of the composite was 0.625 mS·m^(-1).Compared with pure PDMS,the tensile fracture rate of the composite containing a small amount of modified CNT did not show a significant decrease.In the temperature range of 60-100℃,the temperature sensing performance of the composite showed a high linearity.
