试论电网企业海外并购的风险与机遇--以“一带一路”倡议为中心

摘　　要：以绿电为中心、大规模开发利用为特征的新能源革命在世界范围内蓬勃兴起,能源需求结构正发生着重大转变。风、光、水、核及储能发展创新与中国强大的电力技术应用能力的推广,在利用人民币国际化和“一带一路”的国际合作新浪潮下将有利于电网企业公司实施海外并购。经济去全球化和美元持续加息拉低了全球的资产价格,导致企业估值缩水,进而引发新一轮并购浪潮。但同时在文化冲突和地缘冲突加剧下,各种不确定性急剧升高,投资者信心受挫,从而引发并购风险加大。新能源全球化应用将会是电网企业并购重组快速发展和价值提升的重要战略行为。因此,电网企业应积极服务“一带一路”和人民币国际化建设,主动参与国际分工与合作,克服不利因素,把握机遇,以高质量并购催生出高质量发展之路。The new energy revolution centered on green electricity and characterized by large-scale development and utilization is flourishing worldwide,and the energy demand structure is undergoing significant changes.The development and innovation of wind,light,water,nuclear and energy storage and the promotion of China's strong power technology application capability will be conducive to overseas mergers and acquisitions of power grid companies under the wave of internationalization of RMB and international cooperation of the“the Belt and Road”.The deglobalization of the economy and the continuous interest rate hike of the US dollar have lowered global asset prices,leading to a decline in corporate valuations and triggering a new wave of mergers and acquisitions.But at the same time,with the intensification of cultural and geopolitical conflicts,various uncertainties have sharply increased,investor confidence has been undermined,and this has led to an increase in merger and acquisition risks.The global application of new energy will be an important strategic action for the rapid development and value enhancement of mergers and acquisitions of power grid enterprises.Therefore,power grid enterprises should actively serve the“the Belt and Road”and RMB internationalization,actively participate in international division of labor and cooperation,overcome adverse factors,seize opportunities,and promote high-quality development through high-quality mergers and acquisitions.
