摘 要:随着经济全球化进程推进,中国在全球产业链中的地位依然强健,外资企业投资中国的意愿较高,中国已成为跨国公司全球战略区位选择的首要考虑。外商直接投资在中国对外经济中占据重要环节,跨国公司成为在华企业发展的重要动力。与此同时,外资企业的社会责任问题引起学者们的广泛关注。本文通过构建一个开放经济下的两阶段混合寡占竞争模型,存在国内企业与外资企业进行古诺产量竞争,运用逆向归纳法深入分析外资企业在中国市场的社会责任心的影响因素,如生产成本、关税水平、市场规模、产品差异系数等,着重探究关税水平如何影响外资企业社会责任偏好并就此提出相关政策建议:一是设置合理的关税水平,为中国高水平开放保驾护航。二是引导外资企业在中国市场履行企业社会责任。三是加大政府对税收的征管,营造良好的税收营商环境,促进社会福利水平提升。With the advancement of economic globalization,China's position in the global industrial chain remains strong,and foreign enterprises have a high willingness to invest in China.China has become the primary consideration for multinational corporations'global strategic location choices.Foreign direct investment plays an important role in China's foreign economy,and multinational corporations have become an important driving force for the development of enterprises in China.At the same time,the issue of social responsibility of foreign-funded enterprises has attracted widespread attention from scholars.This article constructs a two-stage mixed oligopoly competition model in an open economy,where domestic state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises compete for output.Using reverse induction,it deeply analyzes the influencing factors of foreign-funded enterprises'social responsibility in the Chinese market,such as production costs,tariff levels,market size,product differentiation coefficients,etc.It focuses on exploring how tariff levels affect foreign-funded enterprises'social responsibility preferences and proposes relevant policy recommendations:firstly,setting a reasonable tariff level to safeguard China's high-level opening up.The second is to guide foreign-funded enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibility in the Chinese market.The third is to increase the government's tax collection and management,create a favorable tax business environment,and promote the improvement of social welfare levels.
