贵州省劳动要素禀赋与经济增长研究

摘　　要：通过分析贵州省的劳动要素禀赋情况,本文得出贵州省当前的劳动要素禀赋具有人口城镇化率和人口受教育水平偏低,人口年龄结构合理,出生率较高,年轻人口较多,人口老龄化压力较小的特点。针对于此,提出了通过积极承接东部沿海省份转移的劳动密集型产业的发展建议。By analyzing the labor factor endowment situation in Guizhou Province,this article concludes that the current labor factor endowment in Guizhou Province has the characteristics of low population urbanization rate and education level,reasonable population age structure,high birth rate,more young population,and less pressure of population aging.In response to this,suggestions have been put forward to actively undertake the development of labor-intensive industries transferred from eastern coastal provinces.
