摘 要:AlSi10Mg铝合金具有密度低、比强度高等特点,在航空航天、船舶制造等领域应用广泛。以选区激光熔化成形AlSi10Mg铝合金为研究对象,获得了试样不同方向的室温拉伸及冲击性能,并讨论其断裂失效方式。结果表明,AlSi10Mg铝合金试样不同方向的强度无明显差异,而横向试样的伸长率比纵向试样高25%,但二者的塑性都较差。拉伸断口特征表明,两种方向的试样未有明显的颈缩现象,都表现为脆性断裂。AlSi10Mg铝合金试样的室温冲击韧性存在较明显的各向异性,横向试样冲击吸收功比纵向试样高约30%;选区激光熔化AlSi10Mg铝合金的冲击性能与其断面收缩率密切相关,延性增加,其冲击性能也明显增加。AlSi10Mg Al alloy has the characteristics of low density and high specific strength,which is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding and other fields.The tensile and impact properties of AlSi10Mg alloy formed by selective laser melting at room temperature were obtained,and the fracture failure modes were discussed.The results show that there is no significant difference in the strength of AlSi10Mg alloy specimens in different directions,while the elongation of the transverse specimen is 25%higher than that of the longitudinal specimen,but the plasticity of both specimens is poor.The tensile fracture characteristics show that the samples in both directions have no obvious necking phenomenon,and both show brittle fracture.The impact toughness of AlSi10Mg alloy at room temperature has obvious anisotropy,and the impact absorption energy of the transverse sample is about 30%higher than that of the longitudinal sample.The impact property of selective laser melting AlSi10Mg alloy is closely related to its reduction of area,and with the increase of ductility,the impact property increases.
