摘 要:采用钨极氩弧焊工艺焊接0.6 mm厚304不锈钢薄板,研究错边量对端接接头性能的影响。在无错边状态下获得较好的焊接参数,采用该焊接参数对不同错边量的接头进行焊接。对焊接接头的表面形貌、横截面形貌进行分析,同时对接头显微硬度、力学性能、断口形貌以及金相组织进行测试。结果表明:在电流28 A、焊接速度5.3 mm/s、钨极距离2 mm条件下,当错边量小于等于1.5 mm时,焊缝的表面成形良好。接头强度低于母材,主要是在靠近熔合线附近的焊缝处断裂,不同错边量接头的拉断力在4.06~4.17 kN,约是母材拉断力5.17 kN的80%,错边对接头强度影响不明显;接头焊缝区和热影响区硬度均高于母材;错边量对金相组织无明显影响。Argon tungsten-arc welding process was used to weld the 0.6 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheet.The effect of misalignment value on the properties of the edge joint was studied.Ideal welding parameters were obtained in the state without align deviation,and the joints with different align deviation values were welded by using the ideal welding parameters.The surface morphology and cross-section morphology of the welded joints were analyzed,and the microhardness,mechanical properties,fracture morphology and metallographic structure of the joints were tested.The results show that when the align deviation value is less than or equal to 1.5 mm under the current of 28 A,welding speed of 5.3 mm/s,the tungsten electrode distance of 2 mm,the weld surface is well formed.The strength of the welded joint is lower than that of the base metal,and it is mainly broken at the weld near the fusion line.The tensile force of the joints with different misalignment values is 4.06-4.17 kN,which is about 80%of tensile force(5.17 kN)of the base metal.The influence of misalignment on the joint strength is not obvious.The hardness of the weld zone and heat affected zone of the joints is higher than that of base metal.The misalignment value has no obvious effect on the metallographic structure.
