摘  要:电缆线芯与电缆连接管属于典型的管/绳连接结构,在长期运行过程中电缆接头需具有良好的接头电阻和机械强度。使用电磁焊接装置对电缆连接管与70 mm2电缆线芯进行连接,对电缆接头在焊接过程中出现的断股问题展开研究。利用Maxwell电磁场分析软件仿真优化了该电磁焊接装置的集磁器结构和工作区长度。结果表明,当集磁器结构为T形时,工作区中心磁感应强度可达32.10 T。当集磁器工作区长度为27、18 mm时,电缆接头接触良好,接头电阻可稳定在40μΩ以下。连接管与线芯之间形成波状焊接界面,实现了连接管与线芯的一体化连接。The cable core and the cable connection tube belong to typical tube/rope connection structure.During the long-term operation,the cable joint needs to have good joint resistance and mechanical strength.An electromagnetic welding device was used to connect the cable connection tube and the 70 mm2 cable core,and the core fracture problem during welding of cable joint was studied.The magnetic collector structure and working area length of the electromagnetic welding device were simulated and optimized by Maxwell electromagnetic field analysis software.The results show that when the structure of the magnetic collector is T-shaped,the magnetic induction intensity in the center of the working area can reach 32.10 T.When the working area length of the magnetic collector is 27,18 mm,the cable joints are in good contact,the joints'resistance can be stabilized below 40μΩ.A wave-shaped welding interface is formed between the connecting tube and the wire core,which realizes the integrated connection of the connecting tube and wire core.
