摘 要:为强化钛/钢电阻点焊接头性能,采用钢质铆钉的单元件对纯钛与Q235低碳钢进行了电阻单元焊,测试了接头的抗剪载荷,观察分析了接头的微观组织特性。结果表明:在接头中铆钉腿与Q235下板间形成了熔核,其直径达到铆钉腿径左右时,在铆钉腿与纯钛上板的界面形成金属间化合物层。钛/低碳钢电阻单元焊接头抗剪载荷随焊接电流、焊接时间的增大而先增加后下降,接头最大抗剪载荷约为11.9 kN。实践表明,采用电阻单元焊方法焊接钛与低碳钢是比较有效的。In order to enhance the performance of resistance spot welded titanium/steel joint,the resistance element welding between pure titanium and low carbon steel was carried out with the steel rivet,the shear load of the joints was tested,and the microstructure of the joint were observed and analyzed.The results show that a nugget is formed between the rivet leg and the Q235 lower plate in the joint,and when its diameter reaches about the diameter of the rivet leg,an intermetallic compound layer is formed at the interface between the rivet leg and the pure titanium upper plate.With the increase of welding current and welding time,the tensile shear load of the joint increases first and then decreases.The maximum shear load of the joint is about 11.9 kN.The practice shows that it is more effective to weld titanium and mild steel by resistance element welding.
