摘 要:镁合金作为可生物降解金属材料在治疗骨科和心血管疾病等方面具有无限潜力,但其降解速率过快和力学性能不足等缺点限制了镁产品的实际应用。等通道转角挤压(ECAP)技术可显著提升镁合金的力学性能。为研究ECAP对镁合金腐蚀行为的影响,通过OM、SEM、浸泡失重法和电化学工作站等方法表征不同ECAP变形道次(1~4)下高强塑Mg-Sn-Zn-Zr(TZK)合金在Hank's溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随挤压道次的增加,TZK合金的腐蚀速率先降低后增大,腐蚀产物由细针尖状变为致密的球状。经3道次变形后TZK合金的平均晶粒尺寸最小(2.13μm),且具有最小的析氢速率、腐蚀速率和腐蚀电流密度,其耐蚀性能最优异。Mg alloys as biodegradable metal materials have wide application potential in the treatment of orthopedic and cardiovascular diseases,but its shortcomings such as fast degradation rate and insufficient mechanical properties affect its further practical applications.Equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)technology can significantly improve the mechanical properties of Mg alloys.In order to study its effect on the corrosion behavior of Mg alloys,the corrosion behavior of high strength-ductility Mg-Sn-Zn-Zr(TZK)alloy in Hank's solution under different deformation passes(1-4)were investigated using OM,SEM,immersion weight loss method and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the corrosion rate of the alloy decreases first and then increases with the increase of extrusion pass,and the corrosion products change from needle-like to dense spherical.After three passes of deformation,the alloy has the smallest average grain size of 2.13μm,the smallest hydrogen evolution rate,corrosion rate and corrosion current density,which indicates that the corrosion resistance of the TZK alloy is the best.
