摘 要:采用普通重力铸造法制备了新型Al-5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.25Zr合金,研究了均匀化处理对铸态合金组织、硬度和电导率的影响,确立了最佳工艺参数450℃×4 h;并对其进行变温4道次轧制,总压下量为68.4%,使轧制合金的抗拉强度、伸长率分别达到513.93 MPa、6.84%,强度是铸态合金的1.78倍,且塑性良好,大幅提高了Al-Mg-Sc合金的力学性能。450℃×4 h均匀化处理使铸态合金晶粒得到细化,同时晶内析出了大量细小、分散的Al_(3)(Sc,Zr)弥散颗粒,显著提高了合金在变形过程中的位错累积速率,抑制了晶界/亚晶界迁移能力,获得了存在大量位错的细小亚晶组织,大幅提高合金的强度。高含量Mg溶质原子的固溶强化和高密度Al_(3)(Sc,Zr)纳米析出相的析出强化也显著提高了合金的强度。A novel Al-5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.25Zr alloy was fabricated by conventional gravity casting.The effects of homogenization treatment on the microstructure,hardness and conductivity of the as-cast alloy were investigated.The optimum process parameters were determined,which is 450℃×4 h.After 4-pass rolling for total rolling reduction of 68.4%with variable temperature,the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 513.93 MPa and 6.84%,respectively,and the strength is 1.78 times of that of the as-cast alloy,and the ductility is good,which greatly improves the mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Sc alloy.Homogenization at 450℃×4 h refines the grains of the as-cast alloy and a large number of fine and dispersed Al_(3)(Sc,Zr)particles are precipitated,which significantly improves the dislocation accumulation rate and inhibits the migration ability of grain boundary/subgrain boundary during the deformation process,and a fine subcrystalline structure with profuse dislocations is obtained that greatly improves the strength of the alloy.The strength of the alloy is also enhanced by the solid solution strengthening of high content Mg solute atoms and the precipitation strengthening of high density Al_(3)(Sc,Zr)nano-phase.
