摘  要:利用XRD衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对不同稀土含量的50W470无取向硅钢的热轧、冷轧、退火试样的宏观织构和微观织构进行观察。结果表明:不同Ce含量50W470无取向硅钢的热轧板表层织构主要聚集在Goss织构周围,且随着Ce含量增加,热轧板表层Goss织构强度逐渐降低,心部{001}<uvw>织构强度逐渐降低;冷轧板的表层及心部织构主要类型相同,但是强度存在差异,2^(#)、3^(#)钢的{001}<110>、{110}<110>织构强度高于无稀土1^(#)钢的;随Ce含量的增加,退火板中面织构占比及织构因子发生变化:有利织构{100}+{110}占比增加,不利织构{111}占比减少,织构因子({100}+{110})/{111}从3.6增加到8.0。The macro and micro-textures of hot rolled,cold rolled and annealed samples of 50W470 non-oriented silicon steel with different contents of rare earth were observed by XRD and FESEM.The results show that the surface texture of 50W470 non-oriented silicon steel with different Ce contents is mainly concentrated around the Goss texture.With the increase of Ce content,the Goss texture strength of the surface layer of the hot rolled plate decreases gradually,the{001}<uvw>texture strength of the core of cold rolled sheet decreases gradually.The main texture types of surface and core of cold rolled sheet are the same,but the strength of 2^(#)and 3^(#)steel is higher than that of 1^(#)(without Ce).With the increase of Ce content,the proportion of plane texture and texture factor in the annealed plate changes.The proportion of favorable texture{100}+{110}increases,the proportion of unfavorable texture{111}decreases,and the texture factor({100}+{110})/{111}increases from 3.6 to 8.0.
