摘  要:采用非真空直接热轧法在不同轧制压下量(30%~45%)下对TA1纯钛/304不锈钢双层复合板进行一道次热轧复合,考察压下量对复合板界面结合强度、组元板变形率、界面微观组织的影响。结果表明,随压下量的增加,复合板所受正应力和界面剪切应力显著增加,界面接触面积加大、元素扩散加剧、TA1层晶粒显著细化,界面结合强度显著增加。当压下量为40%时,复合板界面结合强度显著增加,304与TA1的变形率比达到最高值75%,变形协调性最好;45%压下量时界面剪切强度最高,达237 MPa。Pure titanium TA1/304 stainless steel double-layer clad plate was combined by one pass non-vacuum direct hot rolling method under different rolling reduction of 30%-45%.The effects of the reduction on the interfacial bonding strength,deformation ratio of component plates and interface microstructure of the clad plate were investigated.The results show that the normal stress and interfacial shear stress of the composite plate increase significantly with the increase of the reduction ratio,the interfacial contact area and interfacial element diffusion increase and the grains of TA1 layer are refined significantly,and thus the interfacial bonding strength is enhanced significantly.When the reduction is 40%,the interfacial bonding strength of the clad plate increases significantly,the deformation ratio of 304 to TA1 reaches the highest value of 75%,and the deformation compatibility is best.When the reduction is 45%,the interfacial shear strength is highest,up to 237 MPa.
