摘  要:针对高强工程机械用钢960QT热轧全流程的工艺,设计了高温氧化动力学、氧化铁皮热变形、氧化铁皮结构转变等实验,系统研究了热轧过程中目标钢种高温氧化行为的演变规律。结果表明,960QT经过高温氧化后,Cr发生选择性氧化,提升了氧化激活能,其氧化激活能为168.96 kJ/mol。随轧制温度升高,氧化铁皮塑性也提高,在高温下氧化铁皮具有良好的变形能力,轧制变形后氧化铁皮的完整性更好。根据氧化铁皮的结构转变实验,发现在氧化皮中的FeO会经历先共析Fe3O4析出以及共析组织生成两个阶段,并系统绘制了氧化铁皮结构转变TTT曲线,发现结构转变过程符合C型规律,共析转变的鼻尖温度在450℃左右。结合以上实验结果,对热轧全流程生产工艺进行了优化设计,960QT表面状态得到了明显改善。Aiming at the whole process of hot rolling of 960QT steel for high strength construction machinery,the experiments of high temperature oxidation kinetics,hot deformation and structural transformation of oxide sheet were designed.The evolution law of high temperature oxidation behavior of target steel in hot rolling process was systematically studied.The results show that the Cr content of 960QT is selectively oxidized after high temperature oxidation,which increases the oxidation activation energy,and the oxidation activation energy is 168.96 kJ/mol.The plasticity of the oxide sheet increases with the increase of rolling temperature,and the oxide scale has good deformation ability under high temperature,and the integrity of the oxide scale after rolling deformation is better.According to the structural transformation experiment of the oxide scale,it is found that FeO in the oxide scale undergoes two stages:the first eutectoid Fe3O4 precipitation and the formation of eutectoid structure.The TTT curve of the structural transformation of the oxide sheet was systematically drawn.It is found that the structural transformation process conforms to the C-type law,and the temperature of the nose tip of the eutectoid transformation is about 450℃.Combined with the above experimental results,the whole process of hot rolling is optimized,and the surface state of 960QT is obviously improved.
