摘  要:针对铅黄铜水下呼吸器阀体毛坯顶部容易出现断裂和充不满的问题,从毛坯结构与工艺参数两方面进行了优化。采用Deform-3D软件进行正交试验数值模拟,分析了模具温度、坯料温度、凸模速度、摩擦系数等工艺参数的影响。研究结果表明:当模具温度为250℃、坯料温度为820℃、凸模速度为90 mm/s、摩擦系数为0.2时可以获得较好的效果。经实验验证,经优化后的阀体毛坯充型效果好,表面获得了细小的等轴晶粒。For the crack and filling defect on the top part of lead brass underwater breathing valve blank,process optimization from prospect of blank structure and technological parameter was carried out.The effects of the technological parameter of die temperature,blank temperature,punch velocity and friction coefficient were analyzed by using Deform-3D software and orthogonal test.The result shows that the die temperature of 250℃,blank temperature of 820℃,punch velocity of 90 mm/s and friction coefficient of 0.2 have a good effect.After experimental verification,the optimized valve blank has good mold filling effect,and the fine equiaxed grains are obtained on its surface.
