摘 要:通过向海绵钛中添加钛合金表面黑皮制备自耗电极,经真空自耗电弧熔炼(VAR)一次获得?准140 mm的铸锭。采用ICP光谱仪、氧氢碳硫分析仪、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机等检测设备对钛合金表面黑皮、铸锭头尾的化学成分,以及铸锭的显微组织和室温力学性能进行检测分析,研究添加钛合金表面黑皮与铸锭化学成分的定性关系。结果表明:钛合金铸锭表面黑皮中O元素含量均值高达10.84%,未添加黑皮的Ti铸锭氧含量为0.069%~0.071%,符合VAR增氧规律;添加黑皮后熔炼的Ti铸锭氧元素含量为0.20%~0.21%,是未加黑皮铸锭氧含量的2.8~3.2倍,Ti铸锭化学成分布均匀,低倍组织检查时未发现夹杂等冶金缺陷,其室温平均抗拉强度为530 MPa,屈服强度为497 MPa,断后伸长率为14%,强塑性匹配基本上与工业纯钛力学性能相当。The consumable electrode was prepared by adding the black skin on surface of the titanium ingot to the sponge titanium,and the ingot of?准140 mm was obtained by one time of vacuum consumable arc remelting(VAR).The components of black skin on titanium surface and the head and tail of the ingot,the microstructure and room temperature mechanical properties of the ingot were investigated by using ICP spectrometer,oxygen hydrogen carbon sulfur analyzer,scanning electron microscopy and tensile test machine.The qualitative relationship between adding black skin on titanium alloy surface and chemical composition of ingot was studied.The results show that the O element content of the black skin on the surface of titanium ingot is as high as 10.84%,and the oxygen content of the Ti ingot without black skin addition is 0.069%-0.071%,which is in line with VAR law of increasing oxygen.The oxygen content of the Ti ingot melted with black skin is 0.20%-0.21%,which is 2.8-3.2 times of that of the ingot without black skin.The chemical composition is evenly distributed,and no obvious metallurgical defects are observed during the macrostructure inspection.The average tensile strength and yield strength of titanium ingot at room temperature is 530 MPa and 497 MPa,respectively,and the elongation after fracture is 14%,and the match of strength and ductility level is basically equivalent to the mechanical properties of industrial pure titanium.
