双向双吸入式离心通风机的优化设计

摘  要:针对分布式送风落地式空调器双向双吸入式离心通风机,采用正交试验优化设计和仿真方法研究电机支架角度、集流器直径、集流器与叶轮轴向间隙和蜗舌半径4个关键因素对风机流场、风量和音质的影响。研究发现,风量影响因素权重依次为集流器直径、集流器与叶轮轴向间隙、蜗舌半径、电机支架角度,音质影响因素权重依次为电机支架角度、集流器直径、蜗舌半径和集流器与叶轮轴向间隙。结合风量和音质效果,最佳优化方案为:电机支架角度60°,集流器直径218 mm,蜗舌半径18 mm,集流器与叶轮轴向间隙11.5 mm。该方案可提升风量约5%,并消除旋转噪声。The influences of motor bracket angle,current collector diameter,the axial direction of clearance between current collector and impeller,and volute tongue radius on flow field of fan,air volume and sound quality of two-way double suction centrifugal fan for distributed air supply floor type air conditioner are studied using the orthogonal test optimization design and simulation method.It is found that the weight order of air volume influence factor is as follows:current collector diameter,the axial direction of clearance between current collector and impeller,volute tongue radius and motor bracket angle,and the weight order of sound quality influence factor is as follows:motor bracket angle,cur-rent collector diameter,volute tongue radius and the axial direction of clearance between current collector and impeller.Considering the air volume and sound quality,the best op-timal scheme can be obtained when the motor bracket angle,current collector diameter,volute tongue radius and the axial direction of clearance between current collector and im-peller are 60°,218 mm,18 mm and 11.5 mm,respectively.This scheme can increase the air volume by about 5%and eliminate the revolving noise.
