摘 要:以某型变频空气源热泵机组配管为研究对象,针对配管疲劳断裂问题,建立空气源热泵机组仿真模型,分别基于高周疲劳理论和低周疲劳理论进行谐响应分析和随机振动分析,并完成样机制作,对主要振动配管做启停及运行应力测试,对整机做10 h(模拟距离3660 km)道路运输三轴振动台模拟测试。结果表明:通过谐响应分析确认系统主要振动配管(排气管、吸气管和补焓管)100 Hz内应力值均小于10 MPa,满足无限寿命法设计要求;通过随机振动分析得到热泵配管疲劳寿命为40 h,运输临界距离为14400 km,满足长途运输要求;样机扫频测试配管应力值均小于8 MPa,振动台测试完成后机组外观无变形、内部无制冷剂泄漏等问题,通电后可以正常运行。Taking the piping of a certain frequency conversion air source heat pump unit as the research object,a simulation model of the air source heat pump unit is estab-lished to address the fatigue fracture problem of the piping.Harmonic response analysis and random vibration analysis are conducted based on high cycle fatigue theory and low cy-cle fatigue theory.Sample machines are completed,and the main vibration piping is tested for start-stop and operating stress,and three-axis vibration table simulation test is con-ducted on the entire machine for 10 hour road transportation(simulated distance of 3660 km).The results show that through harmonic response analysis,the stress values of the main vibration piping(exhaust pipe,suction pipe,and enthalpy supplement pipe)in the system at 100 Hz are all less than 10 MPa,meeting the design requirements of the infinite life method.Random vibration analysis shows that the fatigue life of the heat pump piping is 40 hours,and the critical distance for transportation is 14400 km,meeting the require-ments for long-distance transportation.The stress values of the prototype piping by fre-quency sweeping test are all less than 8 MPa.After the entire machine test by vibration ta-ble,there is no deformation on the appearance of the unit,no refrigerant leakage inside,and other problems,and the unit can operate normally when the power in on.
