摘 要:首先通过建立室外机风道数值模型,对内流场的叶片压力及涡量分布进行分析,得出抑制叶片泄漏涡是改善风道效率的有效方式。之后分别从3个方向对提升风道效率进行优化,并得出以下结论:叶片尾缘凹陷更为合理的划分了叶片的做功区,增强了叶片外缘的有效做功能力;合适的翻边角对气流泄露有明显的抑制作用,不同的风道具有与之相匹配的翻边角度;导风圈包裹风叶1/3左右深度时风道整体出风效率相对最高。最后实验结果表明综合优化后的风道效率可提升约9.8%,噪声降低2.7 dB(A),风道整体性能得到显著提升。Firstly,by establishing a numerical model of the outdoor air duct,analyzing the distribution of blade pressure and vorticity in the internal flow field,it is concluded that suppressing blade leakage vortices is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the air duct.After that,it was optimized from three directions,and the following conclusions were drawn:The concave trailing edge of the blade more reasonably divides the work area of the blade,enhancing the effective work capacity of the outer edge of the blade;Suitable flanging angles have a significant inhibitory effect on airflow leakage,and different air ducts have matching flanging angles;The efficiency of the air duct is relatively highest when the wind guide coil wraps the blade at a depth of about 1/3.The final experimental results show that the efficiency of the optimized air duct can be increased by about 9.8%,the noise can be reduced by 2.7 dB(A),and the air duct performance can be significantly improved.
