摘 要:文章围绕超低温空气源热泵(冷水)机组标准制定展开探讨。指出利用空气源热泵供热高效清洁,但现行低温热泵标准多适用于华北地区,难以满足东北严寒地区需求,制定严寒环境适用标准十分关键。文中详细分析标准制定的关键要点,涵盖适用气候类型确定为东北地区所在的制热D区,明确超低温热泵机组为全热泵类型,阐述制热、制冷季节起止时间及建筑0负荷点确定方法,选定-25℃为名义制热工况,还说明了基于多因素采用HSPF评价模型与EER作为能效评价指标,旨在为相关标准制定提供参考。This article focuses on the formulation of standards for ultra-low tempera-ture air source heat pump(water-cooling)units.It points out that using air source heat pumps for heating is an efficient and clean heating method.However,the current low-temperature heat pump standards are mostly applicable to North China,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the severe cold areas in Northeast China.Therefore,it is crucial to formulate standards applicable to severe cold environments.The article analyzes in detail the key points in formulating the standards,including determining the applicable climate type as the heating Zone D where Northeast China is located,clarifying that the ultra-low temperature heat pump units are of the full heat pump type,elaborating on the determina-tion methods of the start and end times of the heating and cooling seasons as well as the zero points of building loads,selecting-25℃as the nominal heating condition,and also explaining that based on multiple factors,the HSPF evaluation model and EER are adopt-ed as the energy efficiency evaluation indicators,aiming to provide references for the for-mulation of relevant standards.
