摘 要:为解决某大功率船用柴油机排气管路密封卡箍漏气带来的可靠性问题,通过分析V形箍带式卡箍密封原理及载荷传递机制,推导卡箍结构参数、预紧力与垫片接触压力之间的解析关系,获得卡箍轴向夹紧力理论计算公式。有限元仿真结果与接触压力理论值变化趋势一致,与轴向夹紧力理论值的误差在5%以内,验证了理论解的准确性。此研究成果为后续箍带式卡箍的正向设计和结构优化提供了理论支撑,对提升卡箍密封性能、延长使用寿命、减少更换频率等方面具有重要的现实意义。In order to solve the reliability problem caused by leakage of sealing clamp in the exhaust pipeline of a high-power marine diesel engine,the principle of V-shaped band clamp sealing and load transmission mechanism were analyzed.The analytical relationship between clamp structural parameters,preload,and gasket contact pressure was derived,and the theoretical calculation formula for axial clamping force of clamps was obtained.The finite element simulation results are consistent with the theoretical value of contact pressure,and the error with the theoretical value of axial clamping force is within 5%,which verifies the accuracy of the theoretical solution.This research achievement provides theoretical support for subsequent forward design and structural optimization of band clamps,and has important practical significance for improving the sealing performance of clamps,extending their service life,and reducing replacement frequency.
