新内生发展理论视域下乡村体育振兴的现实困境与实践路径

摘　　要：乡村振兴是实现人民群众美好生活向往和中华民族伟大复兴的重要环节,乡村体育振兴是乡村振兴工作的关键内容,有助于改变生活方式、增加收入水平、提升生活质量。运用文献资料、实地调研、逻辑分析等研究方法,基于新内生发展理论的视角,对乡村体育振兴中的相关问题进行研究,提出乡村体育振兴的实践路径。研究认为,当前乡村体育振兴面临社区管理不足,整合力度欠缺;人口大量流失,组织建设薄弱;资源依赖严重,利用方式粗放;行政压力限制,自主空间压缩等现实困境。提出乡村体育振兴的发展路径:加强乡村社区管理力度,实施乡村社区赋能行动;吸引各类人才扎根乡村,强化乡村体育社会组织;积极整合乡村内外资源,全面提高资源利用效率;完善考核评价指标体系,增加乡村体育发展空间。Rural revitalization is an important link in meeting the people’s aspirations for a better life and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Rural sports revitalization is a key component of rural revitalization work,which helps to change lifestyles,increase income levels,and improve quality of life.By using the methods of literature,field research and logical analysis,based on the perspective of the new endogenous development theory,this study investigates relevant issues in rural sports revitalization and proposes practical paths for rural sports revitalization.Research suggests that the current revitalization of rural sports faces realistic dilemmas such as insufficient community management,insufficient integration efforts,large population loss,weak organizational construction,severe resource dependence,extensive utilization methods,administrative pressure limitations,and compressed independent space.Propose the development paths for rural sports revitalization:strengthen rural community management,implement rural community empowerment actions,attract various talents to take root in the countryside,strengthen rural sports social organizations,actively integrate resources inside and outside the countryside,comprehensively improve resource utilization efficiency,improve the assessment and evaluation index system,and increase the development space of rural sports.
